This drawing was done in Procreate for an assignment in 2D digital animation. The prompt was to create a drawing with large, medium, and small aspects. The idea encourages exaggerating the features of a character or making you try different compositions. So I used this opportunity to draw my dog, Biscuit. She’s a chihuahua, and since they are already exaggerated, I thought it would be nice to draw her. I emphasized the idea that this is a small or puppy version of her to go with the small aspect. I enlarged the head and ears and made the body medium in size. I really enjoyed making this drawing and embracing the stuffed animal baby puppy cuteness. I think it embraces nostalgia with the colors and the textures.
